IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Our approach and updates regarding covid-19 in the clinic.

Dear Patients:

At SSP Family Chiropractic your health is our priority. We are taking precautionary measures to keep you healthy and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We will continue to monitor the situation as well as comply with any government regulations as they may occur and will update this page if there are any changes.

Appointments:

SSP Family Chiropractic will be open by appointment on Monday’s, Wednesday's, and Thursday’s. To request appointments, please use email via the website https://www.sspfamily.com or leave a voicemail at 651.450.2366 with requests.

Patient Expectations:

  • We are scheduling patients to minimize the interaction between patients and to allow time for cleaning. You may be asked to wait in a treatment room until the doctor is ready.

  • Masks are currently optional in the office, this is subject to change based on current city, state, or federal requirements.

  • If you are exhibiting any symptoms or any signs of a cold including cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or severe fatigue not related to a known cause, please call and reschedule your appointment.

Office Precautions:

  • We have always and will continue to wash hands between patients.

  • We have always and will continue to clean and disinfect tables and surfaces between patients.

  • If requested the doctor and staff will wear masks. Please call the office 651.450.2366 when you arrive if you want to be sure staff is masked.

These times can be stressful to most, if not all of us. Please respect everyone has different views and concerns.  Please let us know what you need to be comfortable.  Remember not everything you hear is true.  We are moving through covid as a whole and learning more and more.  Some things will continue to change as we go. Currently more people are dealing with anxiety and depression with the added stresses and social isolation. What can you do about this?  Self care is important, eat healthy, get enough sleep, exercises, and connect with others.   Look for the positive in our situation-practice gratitude or meditation.  Covid has brought many advancements in our ability to communicate remotely and even work remotely, saving time and gas.  If we look, we can always find something to be grateful for.  Build resilience through changing how we look at things we cannot control.  We cannot change everything that happens to us but we can change how we respond to them. Change starts with the smallest steps, choose happiness, understanding and peace not anger, fear, and hate.
